Understand our made-to-order process
No. All VERAÈ jewellery is made to order. We do not hold ready-made stock. Each piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
Made to order means your jewellery is created from scratch after purchase, rather than selected from pre-produced inventory. This allows us to maintain high craftsmanship standards, reduce waste, and ensure every piece is finished with care and precision.
Our typical production timelines are: Made-to-order jewellery: 4–5 weeks, Bespoke jewellery: 5–6 weeks. These include stone sourcing, crafting and setting, hallmarking, and quality inspection.
Because all jewellery is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise what may still be possible.
Minor changes may be possible before production begins, subject to assessment. Once production is underway, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
For bespoke and certain customised pieces, we provide CAD design visuals for approval. Production begins only after you review the design and provide written approval.
Once a design is approved, production begins immediately. The order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. This ensures accuracy and commitment to your final design.
Fine jewellery requires multiple skilled stages, including precision stone setting, finishing and polishing, and independent hallmarking (where legally required). Rushing this process would compromise quality.
We do not routinely offer rushed production. However, if you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering and we will advise honestly on feasibility.
If production takes longer than expected, our Concierge team will notify you promptly and provide an updated estimated delivery timeline. Your order remains fully insured throughout.
Our images represent the intended design and proportions. As each piece is handmade and diamonds are unique, minor variations may occur. These variations are a natural part of fine jewellery craftsmanship.
Once production is complete:You will receive a dispatch confirmation,Tracking details will be provided,Your jewellery will be prepared for discreet delivery
Our Concierge team is available throughout the process to:Answer questions,Provide updates,Offer reassurance,You’re welcome to contact us at any stage.

We use high-quality diamonds, selected for cut, clarity, and overall appearance rather than relying solely on grading labels.
Diamonds are graded using internationally recognised standards and certified by organisations such as GIA or IGI.
Inclusions are natural characteristics within a diamond. Most inclusions are microscopic and do not affect the beauty or durability of the stone.
Each diamond is unique. Factors such as proportions, cut precision, and light performance can affect appearance even within the same grade.
All diamonds offered by VERAÈ are suitable for daily wear when cared for properly.

Address changes may be possible before dispatch, subject to verification. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery addresses generally cannot be changed for security reasons.
For security reasons, jewellery deliveries typically require a signature and cannot be left with a neighbour. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot.
Delivery time slots are subject to the courier's services and may not always be guaranteed. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Engraving is usually completed during the initial production process. For post-purchase engraving, timelines are typically 1–2 weeks, depending on the request.
Return policies and resizing services
VERAÈ jewellery is created on a made-to-order basis. Made-to-order and bespoke jewellery are not eligible for return once production has begun. This aligns with UK consumer law regarding personalised goods.
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution where applicable.
We understand ring sizing can be difficult. Eligible rings may qualify for one complimentary resize. Some designs (such as eternity bands or complex settings) cannot be resized.
Resizing timelines depend on the design and complexity. Typically, standard resizing takes 1–3 weeks. You will be advised of the estimated timeline before proceeding.
Not all designs can be resized. Examples include full eternity bands and certain bespoke or intricate designs. We will always advise honestly if resizing is not suitable.
We strongly recommend resizing through VERAÈ. Resizing through a third party may compromise structural integrity and void your warranty. VERAÈ is not responsible for damage caused by external alterations.
Exchanges are not offered due to the made-to-order nature of our jewellery. Resizing is the recommended option where applicable.
Additional adjustments may be possible, subject to assessment and may incur additional costs.
Damage caused by wear, accidents, or misuse is not covered under returns. Repair services may be available on request and subject to assessment.
At present, VERAÈ does not offer extended or seasonal return periods. All return eligibility is governed by the made-to-order nature of our jewellery and outlined clearly before purchase.
Please contact our Concierge team with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
Manufacturing fault repairs may be covered under our craftsmanship warranty. Shipping or handling costs may apply depending on the situation. All details will be confirmed before proceeding.
No. Engraved jewellery is considered personalised and cannot be returned or exchanged.
No. Once a piece has been altered, exchanged, resized, or engraved, it becomes non-returnable.
Repair timelines vary depending on the nature of the repair. Typical repairs take 2–3 weeks, subject to assessment.
Warranty coverage and jewellery care
Yes. VERAÈ provides a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to craftsmanship or construction.
The warranty may cover structural faults related to production, loose stones caused by setting defects, and faults present at the time of delivery. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend gently cleaning with warm water and mild soap, using a soft brush to remove residue, and drying with a lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Remove jewellery before sleeping, swimming, or exercising. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics. Store pieces separately to avoid scratching.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage caused by improper care, or third-party alterations or repairs.
Our team will assess your jewellery to determine the cause. Manufacturing faults are covered under warranty, while damage from wear, accidents, or misuse is not. We will always explain our findings clearly.
VERAÈ offers servicing and maintenance support to help care for your jewellery over time. Specific services are subject to assessment and availability.
Services may include professional cleaning, stone checks, polishing and refinishing, and resizing (where applicable). Service availability and costs are confirmed before proceeding.
Yes. Aftercare and servicing are available to both UK and international customers. International shipping costs may apply.
Damage caused by improper care or misuse is not covered under warranty. Repair services may still be available, subject to assessment and cost.
Diamonds are durable but not indestructible. Chips or cracks caused by impact are considered accidental damage and are not covered under the manufacturing warranty. Repairs or stone replacement may be available following assessment.
Scratches and dents can occur through everyday wear. Polishing or repair services may be available depending on the extent of the damage.
We strongly recommend that all resizing and servicing is carried out by VERAÈ. Work carried out by third-party jewellers may compromise structural integrity, void your warranty, and affect future servicing eligibility.
If a piece has been altered by a third party, VERAÈ may be unable to offer warranty coverage or further servicing. Each case will be assessed individually.
Yes. Fine jewellery develops signs of wear over time, especially pieces worn daily. Regular maintenance helps preserve appearance and structure.
Create your perfect custom piece
Bespoke jewellery at VERAÈ is a collaborative design process, where a piece is created specifically for you from concept to completion. Each bespoke piece is designed individually and made to order.
Depending on the design, you may customise diamond type, diamond size/cut/shape, metal type (14k, 18k gold or platinum), metal colour, setting style, and engraving.
Bespoke pieces typically take 5–6 weeks from final design approval. Timelines may vary depending on design complexity and stone availability.
Yes. For bespoke pieces, CAD design visuals are provided for your review. Production begins only after you provide written design approval.
Customisation refers to adjusting an existing VERAÈ design (such as metal colour, diamond size, or engraving). Bespoke refers to creating a completely new design or significantly modifying an existing one.
The bespoke process typically follows these steps: Initial consultation, Design discussion and concept development, Diamond selection, CAD design and visual approval, Production, Hallmarking, Final inspection and delivery.
Yes. A deposit or full payment is required to commence bespoke design work. Payment terms will be confirmed clearly during consultation.
Once the design is approved and production begins, the piece becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable. This is due to the personalised nature of bespoke jewellery.
Yes. We can source specific diamond shapes, sizes, or characteristics, subject to availability. This may affect pricing and timelines.
In some cases, yes. We will first assess stone condition, metal quality, and structural suitability. Not all existing jewellery is suitable for remaking.
This may be possible, subject to assessment. VERAÈ cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage to customer-supplied stones.
No. Bespoke jewellery is non-returnable once production begins.
Yes. Bespoke jewellery is covered by the same manufacturing warranty as other VERAÈ pieces. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include wear and tear or accidental damage.
Where structurally possible, bespoke jewellery may be resized or serviced. Not all bespoke designs are resizable.
