These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of the VERAÈ website and all purchases made from VERAÈ.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
As a general rule, we ship all orders using secure, tracked, and where appropriate insured courier services. UK deliveries are typically fulfilled using reputable domestic couriers, and international orders are typically fulfilled using established global couriers. In some cases, we may use an alternative courier depending on destination, value, security requirements, or operational constraints, and we will notify you where appropriate.
All shipments are tracked and delivery is normally documented via courier tracking records, signature confirmation and/or delivery confirmation logs. Risk and ownership of the item pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, as recorded by the courier’s confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is correct and that someone suitable is available to receive the parcel, where a signature is required.
We ship all orders in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. The outer packaging will not indicate that it contains jewellery or any details of the value of the item.
For international orders, you may be charged import duties, customs fees, or local taxes by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by VERAÈ and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
